We are hiring an Italian-speaking Account Coordinator, Ads to join our team, working with a leading global entertainment client known for its innovation and dedication to creating world-class content. In this role, you will collaborate with sales and client teams to manage pre- and post-sale campaign execution, ensuring flawless delivery and exceptional service.

This is a 6 months contract role starting in Jan 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee ad campaign delivery performance and implement optimization tactics as needed.
  • Collaborate with Campaign Management to ensure campaigns are set up for success.
  • Generate reports for active campaigns and monitor delivery metrics.
  • Work with Ad Operations to address technical troubleshooting and escalations.
  • Provide clients with performance updates and comprehensive post-campaign wrap reports.
  • Navigate campaign escalations and implement solutions to prevent recurring issues.
  • Build media plans and contribute to RFP responses, focusing on campaign packaging, pricing, and targeting.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support custom creative asset production.
  • Maintain expertise in ad products, sponsorship offerings, targeting capabilities, and ad policies.
  • Contribute to billing and invoicing processes, working closely with clients and finance teams.
  • Foster strong relationships with client and agency partners, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Support the Account Management team during peak seasonal periods.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in account management, coordination, or sales planning within the digital media industry, with a focus on video advertising.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian languages. 
  • Familiarity with sales operation systems (CRM, OMS, Ad Servers).
  • Strong understanding of digital media sales, including Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, and PMP advertising.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capability to present data clearly to stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with advertising measurement tools (e.g., Nielsen, ComScore, Kantar) and verification vendors (e.g., Integral Ad Science, DoubleVerify).
