That's a potential earning of over 1000 \u20ac in the first 6 months!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Permanent Roles<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-lead-list\">\n<li>400 \u20ac for a talent referral hired in a permanent role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-side-separator\">Talent Referral Eligibility<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-lead-list\">\n<li>Anyone is eligible to submit talent referrals, including working talent, former talent, job applicants, and networking contacts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Referrals are submitted through MyAquent Talent. Aquent does not provide partial payouts for points under 200.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are employed by Aquent in the current calendar year, you will be paid in the normal payroll cycle.
