This notice explains how we use AI, the data involved, and your rights regarding this processing.<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n\n\n<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC \"-\/\/W3C\/\/DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional\/\/EN\" \"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/TR\/REC-html40\/loose.dtd\">\n<?xml encoding=\"UTF-8\"><html><body><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph \"><strong>How We Use AI<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n\n\n<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC \"-\/\/W3C\/\/DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional\/\/EN\" \"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/TR\/REC-html40\/loose.dtd\">\n<?xml encoding=\"UTF-8\"><html><body><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph \">We use AI in several areas, including:<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Summarizing interviews and job requirements:<\/strong> Aquent uses AI tools to generate summaries of talent interview calls and job intake calls to gain deeper insights into our candidates and the needs of our clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Automated Drafting of communications:<\/strong> AI assists Aquent in generating candidate pitches for our Clients and outreach\/job interest messages to our talent and candidates.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Generating interview questions:<\/strong> AI helps Aquent create pre-interview questions for candidates to answer during the online application process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Parsing resumes:<\/strong> Aquent uses an AI tool to extract relevant professional information from talent resumes like education history, work history, skills and experience, and contact information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Automated candidate searches:<\/strong> Aquent uses AI to optimize candidate searches by finding the right skills and experience required for the specific job. This includes suggesting required skills, experiences (such as industries, brands, clients, projects), and other terms that candidates might include on their resumes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Automated Scoring of talent and Applicants:<\/strong> Aquent uses AI to compare talent data against job requirements to generate a suitability score for a given role. You have the option to refuse to answer these questions. By selecting \u201cI'll do this later\u201d you can bypass responding to the interview question and as a result, no responses will be stored and your responses will not be ingested by our other AI processes.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Right to Object to other AI Processing: AI is an integral part of our recruiting workflow and we are unable to offer an alternative method of processing over certain processing activities. In the event you wish to object to certain aspects of our AI processing, Aquent will be unable to move forward with any pending job applications and will be unable to deliver our services to you.
