Contract: ASAP start – May 2026
Pay: £30 – £35 per hour (PAYE)

We’re seeking a Technical Program Manager with a strong engineering background to join a leading global tech organization on a long-term program driving next-generation product innovation. This role focuses on the delivery of highly technical, cross-functional programs — including an exciting initiative within Avatars and 3D experiences — across multiple regions and time zones.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead complex, multi-stream technical programs from definition through delivery, ensuring alignment across engineering, design, and operations.
  • Own program planning, scheduling, dependencies, and communication with global stakeholders.
  • Drive successful delivery within scope, time, and budget while managing multiple moderate-risk, high-impact initiatives.
  • Collaborate across regional teams (EMEA & NORAM) to track progress, manage risks, and ensure transparency through regular status updates.
  • Partner closely with technical leads and senior management to ensure high-quality program outcomes.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline (required).
  • Experience as a Technical Program Manager or equivalent role within engineering-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical program delivery at scale.
  • Skilled in program scheduling, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Demonstrated adaptability, problem-solving, and organizational excellence in dynamic environments.
  • PMP or PMI certification preferred.

You’ll Succeed If You Have

  • Proven technical foundation and comfort working with engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication skills across cross-functional and cross-regional groups.
  • Flexibility to collaborate across multiple time zones (Europe and North America).
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach to managing complex technology programs.
