Marketing Manager, Developer Audience

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead developer-focused marketing programmes across EMEA for a global B2B software organisation.

This role will manage regional campaigns and events aimed at activating developer audiences, working closely with local market teams and Developer Relations partners. You’ll oversee large-scale initiatives such as hackathons, technical labs and partner events, ensuring consistent execution across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead developer marketing programmes across EMEA
  • Plan and deliver 5–10 large-scale developer events (hackathons, labs, trade shows)
  • Partner with Developer Relations and regional marketing teams
  • Manage marketing calendars, playbooks, assets and branding
  • Coordinate digital event support (emails, content, briefings)
  • Track activity-based OKRs focused on developer activation

Experience Required

  • 5–10 years’ B2B software or technology marketing experience
  • Experience marketing to developer or technical audiences (ideal)
  • Strong programme and project management skills
  • Events marketing experience, ideally developer-focused
  • Comfortable with technical concepts at a high level (no coding required)
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

This is a non-entry-level role offering hybrid working and regional exposure.
