We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead developer-focused marketing programmes across EMEA for a global B2B software organisation.
This role will manage regional campaigns and events aimed at activating developer audiences, working closely with local market teams and Developer Relations partners. You’ll oversee large-scale initiatives such as hackathons, technical labs and partner events, ensuring consistent execution across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead developer marketing programmes across EMEA
- Plan and deliver 5–10 large-scale developer events (hackathons, labs, trade shows)
- Partner with Developer Relations and regional marketing teams
- Manage marketing calendars, playbooks, assets and branding
- Coordinate digital event support (emails, content, briefings)
- Track activity-based OKRs focused on developer activation
Experience Required
- 5–10 years’ B2B software or technology marketing experience
- Experience marketing to developer or technical audiences (ideal)
- Strong programme and project management skills
- Events marketing experience, ideally developer-focused
- Comfortable with technical concepts at a high level (no coding required)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
