We’re hiring a mid–senior Operations Data Analyst to support and improve core operational processes within a central EMEA team. This role focuses on problem-solving, process improvement and operational analytics, rather than pure financial analysis or data engineering.
The Role
- Analyse operational and performance data to support planning, target-setting and tracking.
- Use SQL to retrieve and analyse data from existing systems (basic to intermediate level).
- Identify opportunities to improve, streamline and automate core processes.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across EMEA to deliver practical, data-driven solutions.
- Support quarterly and cyclical operational processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Communate insights clearly via spreadsheets, slides and written updates.
About You
- 5–6+ years’ experience in data, analytics or operations-focused roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Working knowledge of SQL (able to hit the ground running).
- Experience supporting operational processes (e.g. planning, targets, governance, reporting).
- Clear communicator, comfortable working with non-technical stakeholders.
- Based in London, with good written and spoken English.
