Are you a commercially minded, scrappy, and driven individual ready to build a new supply vertical from the ground up? We are seeking a dynamic professional to join a pioneering team, where you will be instrumental in expanding our platform’s reach by bringing in new, affordable, and group-friendly accommodation options. In this role, you won’t just be executing; you’ll be shaping the future of diverse travel experiences, directly impacting how millions discover and book their stays. Your work will be critical in optimizing supply to meet evolving demand, fostering key partnerships, and driving significant growth for a rapidly expanding area of the business.
This is a 6 months, hybrid contract, offering up to £26.20 per hour, 40 hrs/week (PAYE). The shorlisted candidates will be contacted ASAP. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually.
**Responsibilities**
* **Supply Acquisition & Execution**:
* Drive the onboarding of diverse, group-friendly accommodation options, focusing on high-volume and underutilized inventory.
* Support the execution of strategic roadmaps by ensuring adequate supply to meet demand generated through incentives, partnerships, and community engagement.
* Build and manage pipelines of accommodation partners, from initial sourcing and outreach to onboarding and go-live.
* Operationalize supply programs end-to-end, streamlining processes and creating scalable acquisition mechanisms.
* **Supply Optimization & Performance**:
* Support new partners through onboarding and early ramp-up (first 3–6 months), ensuring listings are optimized for various travel needs.
* Enhance performance through strategic pricing, availability management, merchandising, and suitability for group bookings.
* Collaborate with partners to ensure supply meets affordability expectations while upholding platform quality standards.
* **Cross-Functional Integration**:
* Partner with marketing teams to align supply with key demand moments, such as peak travel seasons or special events.
* Collaborate with Product and Business teams to unlock new accommodation types and improve onboarding flows, including innovative features for diverse accommodation types.
* Work with Communications and Public Relations to highlight supply-led stories and moments, promoting affordable and unique stays.
* **Partnerships & Supply Channels**:
* Cultivate relationships with key supply partners, including diverse accommodation providers and institutional partners.
* Develop new acquisition channels and strategic partnerships to scale supply efficiently.
* Identify and act on market trends, including seasonal accommodation patterns.
* **Insights & Reporting**:
* Track and report on supply acquisition, onboarding performance, and critical supply-side metrics.
* Lead pipeline tracking, reporting, and performance analysis across all supply initiatives.
* Generate insights on supply gaps, pricing dynamics, and user needs to inform broader strategic decisions.
**Qualifications**
* **Must-Have Qualifications**:
* 1+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, supply acquisition, marketplaces, or program management.
* Strong commercial instinct with a keen interest in marketplace dynamics, travel, or real estate supply.
* Hands-on, execution-focused approach with a “get things done” mindset.
* Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
* Data-minded with a strong interest in performance analysis, insights generation, and optimization.
* Clear and effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
* Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Proven ability to build initiatives from scratch, thrive in ambiguity, and develop new supply channels.
* **Nice-to-Have Qualifications**:
* Prior experience in supply acquisition, partnerships, or marketplace growth.
