Are you ready to be the driving force behind successful partnerships and operational excellence within a global marketplace? We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to champion the needs of external partners, ensuring their seamless integration and sustained growth. In this role, you will not only manage critical relationships but also identify and implement scalable solutions that enhance efficiency and elevate the overall partner experience. This is a temporary mission, offering an exciting challenge for over 9 months, with a target start date of August 2026, where your contributions will directly influence the success of a vibrant ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day relationships with external partners, supporting their growth and integration into the platform.
- Cultivate senior-level relationships with external businesses, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with internal leadership, representing partner needs and insights.
- Develop and implement scalable processes for new workstreams, enhancing operational efficiency.
- Deeply analyze challenges and creatively solve problems to improve the experience for customers and partners.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to refine existing processes for partner onboarding, growth, and management.
- Act as the primary voice for partners, challenging the status quo and innovating on their behalf.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business, operations, marketing, product, and technology teams.
- Provide timely, accurate, and professional assistance to all internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee partner registrations and product submissions, ensuring smooth processing.
- Track and quantify operational challenges faced by partners, providing data-driven requirements for automation, tooling enhancements, and standard operating procedures.
- Manage operational relationships with key stakeholders to foster strong partnerships.
- Work collaboratively across departments to continuously improve the overall partner experience.
- Contribute to a positive team environment, proactively supporting colleagues to achieve and exceed service level agreements, quality standards, and team goals.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, particularly with external partners.
- Demonstrated experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Highly organized and process-oriented approach to work.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with spreadsheet software.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience managing a high volume of accounts.
- Proficiency in writing Standard Operating Procedures.
- Background in Business Development or Marketing.
- Prior professional experience in client-facing or retail customer-facing roles.
- Experience defining and communicating project objectives, status, and performance metrics to key stakeholders.
