I am looking to recruit an ambitious Account Manager to service a prestigious piece of business working across a global Auction house. This full-time senior role will be based onsite at the clients Paris office working directly with the publishing and marketing teams to execute briefs for marketing content.

The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for the Paris clients and will be charged with fostering client relationships at all levels, empowering the small onsite team to embrace change, all ongoing creative requirements, whilst exercising overall responsibility for the output and relationship. The Account Manager will report directly to the Worldwide Lead.

 

The Account Manager will be supported by an experienced team of content creators and subject matter experts that will execute the appropriate marketing briefs and projects across the clients Print (Catalogues) and digital channels (E-catalogues, Social, display, landing pages, email etc.), namely:

● Photography

● Audio/video post production

● Creative Retouching

● Catalogue artwork

 

The ideal candidate will have an encyclopaedic knowledge of the creative production landscape.

 

 

 

Key tasks:

● Build direct relationships and trust with local marketing teams, offering creative content production expertise and support

● ‘Go-to’ person to receive and review all briefs

● Direct liaison to track, control and advise on campaign planning

● Understanding and advising upon the client's requirements at ideation stage

● Brief and coordinate Client/Wellcom teams

● Overall project delivery responsibility

● Advise on the best practice executional process and methods

● Immediate point of escalation for reservations/concerns/assurances

● Oversight of processes within client facing tools implemented by Wellcom - Workflow tool and Workamajig

● Identify areas of inefficiency and duplication and proactively report/resolve

● Identify opportunities to advance existing client relationship

● Ensuring effective adherence to agreed SLAs, KPIs, processes, project planning, WIP reporting, QC processes etc.

● Generate KPI reports (focus on ROI) and report back to the Wellcom Lead and client

● Collaborate with the other regional Account Management teams to share knowledge and establish best practices across the group

 

 

 

To do this we feel they would need to have:

● At least 4 year’s production or creative agency experience

● An entrepreneurial attitude - driven by the will to succeed both personally and within the business, a self starter

● A thorough knowledge of producing a broad range of digital and print content

● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating (written and in presentations) with senior marketing and procurement clients

● Commercially aware

● Gets process and its’ importance

● Comfortable working in a very fast paced environment

● Ability to manage multiple clients, projects and the subsequent communications

● Keen eye for detail

● Sociable, likeable and willing to be part of a great team - ‘Be Good, be nice’

● A natural problem solver and innovator that can find a solution or educated response to any client requirement or request

● Impeccable attention to detail in your work, processes, presentations and written communication

● A serious passion for the work you do and driven to continually learn and improve your knowledge

● Experience of nurturing and leading teams

● Fluent in English and French
