If you have recruiting experience and are looking for a new role in London, we want to hear from you! Aquent is seeking a collaborative Recruiter to join our client's thriving team. This Recruiter role is for an 11-month contract, based in London, and offers an hourly rate of £26 - £28 along with a yearly company bonus plan.
As a flexible Recruiter, you will be charged with finding the most interesting candidates who bring an entrepreneurial spirit and a diversity of thought to all they do. You will also guide candidates through the hiring process and connect them to the magic of working for our client.
In a typical week in this recruitment role, your many tasks will include:
Assessing a high volume of candidate applications daily for complex roles
Managing the hiring process for each candidate
Developing excellent relationships with candidates
Keeping partners apprised of and involved in work
To succeed, you will need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. You will also need approximately 2+ years of experience sourcing/recruiting or equivalent experience working in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, etc. In addition, you should have expertise in building and cultivating candidate and client relationships in a global business environment. Additional EMEA language is also preferable.
