Aquent has an excellent opportunity for a recruitment consultant seeking a 12-month contract. We are
helping a large digital company find a Sourcer in London, and the role comes with a rate of £28.06 per hour.
As a flexible Sourcer, you will play an essential role in advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and
inclusive environment through the company’s hiring practices.
In your first week in this recruiter role, you can expect to:

To succeed in this Sourcer job, you will need a degree or equivalent practical experience, plus 2+ years of
experience sourcing or recruiting, or equivalent experience in Sales, Account Management, Business
You will also require experience building and cultivating candidate and client relationships in a global
business environment. Experience with applicant tracking systems and technology would be beneficial.
