Aquent is looking for a collaborative and enthusiastic Audience & Creative Manager to join our client's friendly and talented team. This audience and creative management role is for a 12-month contract, is based in London and comes with a favorable hourly rate of £19.03-£ 22.84 and the opportunity to be part of a welcoming and diverse workplace culture.

As a flexible Audience & Creative Manager, you will encourage paid media acquisition revenue by independently identifying, scoping out and delivering audience & creative innovation based on industry best practices and through collaboration with paid media and creative agencies, analysts and product experts.

In your first few weeks in this Audience & Creative Manager role, you can expect to:

  • Review the efficiency of paid media audiences across all platforms, proactively suggest improvements based on industry best practices, and deploy and monitor the changes in partnership with the paid media agency

  • Develop creative assets based on platform best practices and local insights by guiding the work of creative agencies and orchestrating go-to-market and testing

  • Launch a new campaign to compel consideration among high-value audiences and guide creative testing plans and measurement in collaboration with the analytics and product marketing teams

To apply for this audience and creative management job, you will need a BA/BS degree and 3-5 years of experience managing biddable paid media campaigns, either on the agency side or client side (preferably on behalf of a B2B brand). You will also require good creative judgment and understanding, along with the ability to identify insights, formulate a creative direction and manage creative agencies. Additional requirements include:

  • Superb collaboration, project management, presentation and communication skills

  • The ability to convincingly influence agency partners (media and creative), senior internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams and negotiate desired outcomes in a complex matrix organisation

  • Keen interest in online media, online campaign optimisation and data analysis

  • The ability to independently define the audience & creative innovation and deliver results with limited oversight and guidance
