As a Lead UI/UX designer you will work in the global team on high profile projects :

• Responsible for Interaction and UI design function
• Integrate Design within the Consumer Experience and digital development process and be an advocate for design within Digital, partner organizations and stakeholder groups
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define product design and experience

Qualifications :

• Fluent in English MANDATORY
• 10+ years of experience creating strategy and designing products
• Dynamic design portfolio that shows your design process, and shipped products is a must
• Experience with UX/Design within Lean, Agile development process
• Advanced Interaction Design skills and Human-Centered design methods in practice that meet user needs and business goals
• Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, inVision, Adobe creative suite
• Expert knowledge and experience with Design System(s) and all various platforms human interface guidelines: iOS, Android, LMS and connected platforms
• Experience sketching, concept creation and wireframing, producing IA, sitemaps and user flows, with tap able/clickable rapid design prototypes
• Must be a vibrant and engaging communicator who can present concepts and ideas to all levels of the company
