Responsibilities:

Strategic Program Management:
- Develop end-to-end program plans and adjust as necessary to ensure on-track progress and achievement of program goals.
- Contribute to project scoping, manage program priorities, and allocate resources effectively.

Methodology Development:
- Drive the development and curation of project, program, and portfolio management methodologies from industry best practices, processes, and tools.

Problem Solving and Ownership:
- Generate innovative ideas to solve problems and take full ownership of program outcome delivery.
- Review options, associated cost/benefits, and balance immediate needs versus long-term objectives.

Challenging Ambiguity:
- Manage programs of an ambiguous nature involving cross-functional stakeholders.
- Define and streamline new processes, organizing tasks into clear goals and objectives.
