Our client are a dynamic and forward-thinking organization at the forefront of innovation, and are seeking a Program Manager to lead their initiatives to new heights. As a key player in the team, you will have the opportunity to drive impactful programs, shape methodologies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Program Management:

    • Develop end-to-end program plans and adjust as necessary to ensure on-track progress and achievement of program goals.
    • Contribute to project scoping, manage program priorities, and allocate resources effectively.
  2. Methodology Development:

    • Drive the development and curation of project, program, and portfolio management methodologies from industry best practices, processes, and tools.
  3. Problem Solving and Ownership:

    • Generate innovative ideas to solve problems and take full ownership of program outcome delivery.
    • Review options, associated cost/benefits, and balance immediate needs versus long-term objectives.
  4. Challenging Ambiguity:

    • Manage programs of an ambiguous nature involving cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Define and streamline new processes, organizing tasks into clear goals and objectives.

  • Client/Partner Management: Partner with and influence clients, setting SLAs with a consultative, data-driven approach.

  • Analytical Proficiency: Analyze information, draw conclusions, generate alternatives, and evaluate outcomes.

  • Educational Expertise: Knowledge of educational design principles and methods to facilitate learning in subject matter domains.

  • Industry Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, product areas, key players, and technology issues affecting the organization.

  • Effective Meeting Management: Set agendas, understand the audience, and drive meetings toward desired outcomes.

  • Networking Prowess: Build and maintain a professional network, identifying collaboration opportunities.

  • Opportunity Identification: Identify and nurture opportunities with customers/partners, proposing effective strategies.

  • Project Management: Knowledge of managing related projects to enhance organizational performance.

  • Resource Allocation Mastery: Understand budgeting procedures and strategies for effective resource allocation.

  • Risk Management Acumen: Anticipate, assess, and manage risks by developing mitigation strategies.

  • Effective Communication with Senior Leadership: Interact confidently with senior leaders, presenting and defending concerns/issues.

  • Storytelling Skills: Influence and inspire through data-driven storytelling that elicits empathy and buy-in.
