Role Overview:

As a pivotal member of the cross-functional team, you’ll collaborate closely with the social team, integrated production, brand, creative (both agencies and internal), brand strategy, PR, analytics, and product teams. Your primary focus will be to develop compelling social content for owned channels, driving engagement and strengthening passionate communities.


  • Craft and execute ongoing content strategy for diverse social channels in Europe, aligning with global approaches and strategies.
  • Inspire and guide creative briefs to foster innovative ideas.
  • Develop comprehensive rollout plans for optimal presentation and timing of content.
  • Provide valuable social intelligence and insights to inform integrated campaigns.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to analyze and enhance social content performance.


  • Strong marketing/advertising experience, with proven experience dedicated to social and brand strategy.
  • Proficiency in social platforms from both strategic and feature-based perspectives.
  • Extensive usage and understanding of social platforms, along with insights into behavioral and technological trends.
  • Previous experience either in-house or with agencies working on brands with passionate social communities.
  • Proven track record of leading social strategy cross-functionally.
  • Comprehensive understanding of all facets of social: strategy, community management, analytics, campaigns, events, paid media, etc.
  • Familiarity with social tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong creative sensibility and an eye for compelling content.
  • Excellent team player with proactive, organized, and hardworking traits.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering best-in-class social content that impacts culture.
