Working Schedule: Hybrid Model Working (3 days per week onsite) 

 

Role overview: 

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Analyst to join our clients team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting customer relationships to drive product adoption and enhance customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions for client projects, supporting product activation activities, and contributing to the overall success of the team with minimal guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customer relationships to increase product adoption through workshops, identifying growth opportunities, and resolving challenges.
  • Engage with the product community, educate sellers on new products, and build competitive intelligence in the market.
  • Plan and execute project work, selecting appropriate methods to effectively address project needs.
  • Take initiative in setting personal development goals with support from the manager.
  • Identify and recommend creative strategies to improve product and customer strategy.
  • Work within teams to deploy solutions to customers and build cross-team collaborations.
  • Develop relationships with customers, acting as a product subject matter expert.
  • Assist in capability building by sharing best practices and sales strategies.
  • Craft and deliver solutions and workshops to achieve customer business objectives.
  • Support identification of revenue and growth opportunities within the market and customer.
  • Help drive product/process improvement and provide feedback for internal stakeholders.
  • Interpret sales analytics and provide data-driven recommendations to customers and leadership.
  • Execute sales/product strategies within verticals to meet desired outcomes.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to achieve project goals effectively.

Skills/Experience:

  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to understand stakeholder needs.
  • Proficient in customer conversations and utilizing questioning techniques.
  • Knowledge of customer research and understanding industry dynamics.
  • Experience in data-driven analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with company products and solutions.
  • Ability to influence others positively.
  • Proficient in opportunity and pipeline management.
  • Excellent persuasion skills and situational leadership abilities.
