We’re looking for a freelance Brand Manager with 4-6 years of agency and/ or in-house experience as a marketing/campaign manager ideally for a premium, purpose-led, challenger brand to support the Senior Brand Manager and Director with the activation and implementation of global and regional marketing campaigns across Europe.

  • Collaborating with Global Brand Marketing to input and tailor global campaigns for regional implementation in EMEA.
  • Develop campaign activation plans and drive implementation across multiple channels in collaboration with cross-functional partners (incl. website, social, email, in-store, events, PR, community) to drive brand awareness.
  • Work closely with the Buying team to ensure campaigns reflect the product priorities we want to communicate and sell.
  • Support the creation of net-new in-region campaign strategies to answer business needs in collaboration with in-house creative team.
  • Set, manage and track brand objectives and KPIs.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • 4-6 years of relevant agency and/ or in-house experience as a marketing/campaign manager ideally for a premium, purpose-led, challenger brand Experience of writing marketing briefs and confident in giving creative feedback
  • Experience of managing multiple stakeholders at all levels and working in a matrix team
  • Experience growing brand awareness using innovative ideas without compromising brand equity.
  • Understanding of creative development and production processes  
  • Agency management experience
