Are you an experienced Marketing Manager who is passionate about AI and possesses a strong understanding of industry trends? Do you thrive in managing ambiguity and constant change while delivering projects on time and within budget? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

As a Marketing Manager, you will drive marketing outcomes for key projects or products by taking the initiative to kick off work streams and projects. You will guide user research, market analysis, and insights to make valued business recommendations and develop user journeys and lifecycle strategies. This role requires a strategic mindset to identify opportunities for growth, enhance user engagement, and drive the adoption of new and existing features.

This is 10 months contract (until 23rd May 2025), offering 53,85 EUR/hour – 40 hrs per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive marketing-related outcomes for one or a few projects/products, proactively initiating work streams and projects.
  • Guide user research, market analysis, and insights to provide business recommendations on products and features.
  • Develop user journeys and lifecycle strategies in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to drive user growth, engagement, and feature adoption.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans, working closely with sales and marketing leadership.
  • Manage project priorities and resource allocation.
  • Set and measure challenging yet achievable goals.
  • Manage competing stakeholder interests while keeping relevant parties informed.
  • Identify and propose new opportunities beyond the usual scope of expertise.
  • Solve problems using multiple approaches to reach optimal solutions.
  • Build and refine processes, procedures, and features to anticipate and address future issues.
  • Influence team(s) and areas of expertise to align resources and direction.
  • Develop strong internal and external relationships, providing support and direction.
  • Mentor junior team members and guide partners, agencies, or contractors.
  • Ensure all work supports and builds the brand, maintaining quality and accuracy.

Expertise and Skills:

  • Act as a subject matter expert on product or marketing programs for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Utilize comprehensive knowledge of company’s products, user insights, messaging, and brand strategy.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and adapt to different communication needs.
  • Present confidently to cross-functional audiences and influence work direction through effective presentations.
  • Possess a firm understanding of new ideas, processes, and approaches critical to the role.
  • Develop new and complementary skills to enhance knowledge and expertise.

  • Develop and roll out product marketing content strategies across channels.
  • Conduct user research and generate insights to inform product development and marketing.

Campaign and Program Management:

  • Drive medium to large-scale campaigns and programs to meet user and team objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance for optimization and determine effective channels for engagement.

People Inclusion:

  • Uphold core values and create psychological safety for diverse perspectives to thrive.
  • Actively mitigate biases and accommodate different communication styles.

User Engagement:

  • Develop user insights to incorporate user voice into product development and marketing strategies.
  • Provide feedback to improve user experience and promote engagement.

Product and Industry Expertise:

  • Act as a subject matter expert on product or feature development and marketing.
  • Conduct market analysis and provide insights on industry trends.

Strategic Planning:

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop strategic visions and allocate resources to support top goals.

Skills/Experience/Education:

  • Proven track record in brand management, campaign management, client/partner management, consumer behavior, data analysis, go-to-market activities, industry knowledge, marketing briefs, product positioning, situational leadership, and storytelling.
  • Strong project management, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
