We’re working with a global tech giant to hire a talented Business Analyst for their L&D Development Team on a 6-month contract. This is a hybrid role (3 on-site days per week at an office in Shoreditch), offering £216.72 per day / £56,340 per annum, pro rata (PAYE).

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client’s Learning and Talent Development Team. Your analytical skills and technical expertise will help ensure our training programs are effective, compliant, and efficiently managed. You will be responsible for enhancing our reporting processes, maintaining key performance indicators, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the team in training compliance and completion reporting.
  • Improve existing reporting processes by automating them, creating templates, etc.
  • Collaborate on the design and development of the L&TD dashboard with teams in various locations.
  • Report KPIs for various projects and programs and maintain and update Asana.
  • Assist the L&TD team with ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, including macros.
  • Knowledge of VBA.
  • Knowledge of Asana is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
