Program Manager, Tech / Regulation

  • The Program Manager is responsible for developing all 3P outreach tracking, and ensuring the interactions with external partners are captured appropriately.
  • Drive outcomes for programs by developing end-to-end program plans and adjusting as necessary to stay on-track and achieve program goals.
  • Collaboration with partners to gather feedback on product changes driven by European regulations. 
  • Reporting, tracking, and document management to ensure compliance. 
  • Organizing meetings and coordinating stakeholders.
  • Review options and associated cost/benefits and balance immediate needs versus the organization’s long-term objectives in decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in Program / Project Management, preferably at a tech company
  • Experience in ambiguity and chaos of tech companies. 
  • Familiarity with setting up programs, processes, and solutions. 
  • Someone who can use and contextualise infomation for spreadsheets 
  • Any experience in regulation would be a big plus
  • Autonomy to run projects, set up meetings and work with different stakeholders
