Our client is seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Project Manager for EMEA to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving strategic marketing initiatives and managing large-scale projects that align with product priorities. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead mid-size to large-scale projects from initiation to completion, including strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns. Provide post-campaign analysis and feedback.
  • Scope projects, manage priorities, allocate resources, and align projects with overarching product strategies.
  • Develop new processes, procedures, and methods to anticipate and address future challenges.
  • Align teams, develop strong internal and external relationships, and integrate project timelines and goals.
  • Utilize competitive landscape knowledge to inform strategic marketing decisions.
  • Manage complex media planning across global teams.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies, overseeing content and programs to increase awareness and engagement.
  • Develop and analyse social media content, implement innovative communication strategies, and execute comprehensive promotion plans.
  • Conduct analysis to uncover new marketing opportunities and audience insights.
  • Lead media agencies, manage workflows, and ensure high-quality campaigns through effective partnerships.
  • Analyse and report on campaign ROI using CRM or other systems.
  • Work with senior marketing leadership to develop project strategies and objectives.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge of consumer behaviour and audience needs.
  • Ability to bring creative ideas to life and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ability to analyse information, draw conclusions, and evaluate outcomes.
  • Understanding of strategies to win larger market share, balancing short-term earnings with long-term growth.
  • Ability to engage key influencers to grow product or brand exposure.
  • Knowledge of media strategy for advertising or content delivery.
  • Understanding of content placement across various channels.
  • Ability to lead and close favourable deals, understanding the needs and values of all parties involved.
  • Ability to prioritize work, set reasonable priorities, and recognize when help is needed.
  • Ability to optimize web pages for search engine discoverability.
  • Understanding of social media for creating and sharing information and ideas.
