Aquent is working with our client, a global talent solutions firm, to recruit a Recruitment Marketing Social and Creative Lead to focus on executing the social and creative elements of their recruitment marketing campaigns in EMEA, from development and deployment to management and measurement.

In this role, you will take ownership of all the organic social media strategy and delivery across channels such as LinkedIn, Meta and TikTok. The ideal candidate will be a strong content writer with experience in social media management. 

This role requires an ASAP start and will run until the end of June 2025. Our client operates on a remote model but you must be based in the UK for the duration of the contract. The role offers a rate of up to £230 per day which will have to be through an FSCA Umbrella company from our PSL.

Key Objectives:

  • Execute and manage the organic social strategy on LinkedIn: planning out the calendar, finding stories, working with employees to create stories, crafting social copy
  • Analyse social performance data, provide comprehensive reports on ROI and make data-driven recommendations for future creative initiatives
  • Create creative assets following EVP guidelines and support D&I hiring initiatives
  • Collaborate with external agencies for recruitment marketing campaign creative work
  • Utilise existing employer branding assets and resources efficiently, integrating creative solutions to enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Partner with EMEA Recruitment Marketing Campaign Lead on paid campaigns by providing creative support through assets and copy
  • Partner with counterparts in the US and Asia where needed on global recruitment campaigns and join regular global marketing lead calls
  • Could be times when you will be involved in supporting local events in regard to advice, strategy and assets


  • Demonstrable experience in managing and executing social media strategies
  • Experience in creating content, preferably using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva etc.
  • Prior experience in localising content and employer branding messages for recruitment campaigns preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in using social scheduling tools like Sprinklr
  • Ability to communicate effectively, especially for proposals and follow-up reports
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with an aptitude for optimising existing resources and tools
  • Comfort in a less-structured role, with the capacity to self-direct and drive results
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration, able to work effectively with teams from various departments including brand, communications, and recruiting
