Our client is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager, to join their Integrated Marketing Team, working on a blend of audience go-to-market plans and key marketing initiatives. You will operate as the commercial driver for the business, whilst focusing on both strategy and execution. You will also be tasked with defining and setting up the UK’s paid media lead generation strategy, technology requirements and media partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans to meet the business objectives.
  • Stay updated with changes in the marketing environment and coordinate market research projects.
  • Select and manage relationships with various marketing vendors.
  • Oversee advertising, events, and public relations initiatives.
  • Manage subordinate staff, ensuring day-to-day tasks are performed efficiently.
  • Ensure project/department milestones and goals are met within the approved budgets.
  • Have full authority for personnel actions within the department.

Required Skills:

  • Solid experience in leading demand generation initiatives.
  • Proficiency in PPC, Social Media, and Content Syndication with a focus on lead generation.
  • Ability to work closely with broader Performance Marketing & Website teams to ensure best practices and data-driven website touchpoints for lead generation.
  • Ability to design, own, and report on robust media testing plans across demand generation, showing clear campaign impacts on business performance.
  • Proven communication and influencing skills, working closely with creative and content teams to ensure awareness of content requirements.
  • Track record of successful cross-functional partnerships.
  • Experience in sourcing, implementing, and maximizing B2B martech such as Salesforce, Eloqua, etc.
  • Experience planning integrated funnel demand generation campaigns through various channels like Brand, Display, Video, Content, Whitepapers, Case Studies, Webinars, Events, Research, High-Quality Leads, Appointment Setting, Demo, Trial, and Sales Enablement.
  • Prior experience working in the B2B sector.
