We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Advertising Solutions Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, customer support, and communication, with a deep understanding of digital advertising solutions. As an Advertising Solutions Architect, you will consult with advertisers and agency partners to understand their goals and assess how client’s training offerings can effectively address their needs. You will be the primary technical contact for clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of consultative support and service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consultation and Needs Assessment:

    • Engage with advertisers and agency partners to understand their advertising goals and challenges.
    • Evaluate how client’s training and product offerings can address client needs and deliver value.
  • Technical Client Support:

    • Serve as the primary day-to-day technical contact for clients, delivering prompt, professional, and consultative support.
    • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Product Advocacy and Adoption:

    • Advocate for new product features and assist clients in adopting new products, including upgrades and migrations.
    • Provide comprehensive documentation and technical guidance to ensure successful client integrations.
  • Implementation Review and Optimization:

    • Conduct implementation reviews to ensure clients are effectively utilising products.
    • Analyse and optimize client product mixes to drive their success and maximize ROI.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience working with and managing external partners/customers across various levels.
  • Experience in technical sales, sales engineering, digital operations, or professional consulting.
  • Proficiency in project management with a demonstrated track record of delivering complex projects on time.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to consult and influence stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills with a creative approach to problem-solving.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience influencing decision-makers within advertising, affiliates, or agency environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Shopping Ads, product ad formats, and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and digital tracking solutions.
  • Familiarity with Google’s platforms and technology, including implementation and integration processes.

  1. Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
  2. Customer Support Experience: Expertise in providing high-level technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
