Project / Org Overview:
Global Sales Tools Engineering builds internal tools for our sales and marketing teams. These products improve business operations and engagement with our customers, partners and users. This role is for a senior UX designer who will work on a platform that supports management, collaboration and delivery of sales and marketing events to external guests.
Overall Responsibilities:
As an Interaction Designer, you will rely on user-centered design methods to craft high quality user experiences – from concept to launch and landing. You will collaborate with other designers and product/engineering stakeholders to leverage our design language to build beautiful, innovative and intuitive enterprise products that people love to use. You will own critical parts of an existing product suite and be responsible for delivery of a high quality, polished product.
Top 2 Daily Responsibilities:

Design deliverables: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to create thoughtful solutions, mocks and secure stakeholder and leadership approval. Leverage existing design patterns and extend when suitable.

UX Advocate: Champion prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements. Conduct exploratory and evaluative user research to understand product needs, inform design decisions and partner with product to incorporate user feedback.
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

6 years of experience in digital product design or UX.

Experience designing for the web and working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes.

Figma, Sketch or similar design software
Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:

Experience delivering end-to-end solutions for enterprise or B2B products

Experience facilitating workshops and leading research activities

Working with and/or contributing to design systems
