This is the dream work for a service designer. To look into the experience of a customer of our client and think how could being a member improve that experience. With that also aim to uncover what are the key levers that make for a good or not-so-good experience (stakeholders, processes, capabilities, systems etc). 

The scope of this work aims to assess the current customer journeys that are orchestrated or supported by the loyalty program. Focusing on mapping the current membership journeys across the clients lifecycle, identify gaps/pains, research and define opportunities and co-create the to-be journey; E2E omnichannel membership experience.

Key requirements and background include Service Design, system thinking, E2E journey management, service architecture, stakeholder management, facilitation, project management

This role requires candidates who are immediately available and open to either a Freelance or Fixed Term Salaried Contract for an intiial 3 month period with an option for extension.
