Background
Our client is expanding their energy services offering to 17 new markets and expanding into 8 existing markets. The scope of this work is to improve our existing product offering digitally, making it ready to expand to new and existing markets.
Focus is on creating a continuous relationship globally with customers who are interested in energy services by offering login during their customer journey and consequently creating touch points via their account to stay in touch with our customer base. The PO’s task will be to identify the customer needs, map the ideal customer journey, and enhance the current customer experience to make it relevant to our customers and profitable to our company globally. Additionally, the PO will be responsible to expand our energy services into existing and later new markets, ensuring family login is in place beforehand.
Main requirements
• Setting a tangible product strategy for the assigned product in close collaboration with the business and ensuring that the delivery of outcomes meets objectives and customer needs whilst working together with the Engineering manager, Design and Data & Analytics leads.
• Continually benchmarking against industry standards and actively researching customer needs and experiences to solve customer problems, making data insight an integral part of the product teams’ work.
• Defining OKRs for the product together with the team and key stakeholders to ensure the team is aligned and tracking towards the same outcomes.

• Communicating the product strategy and vision to gain organizational buy-in and promote collaboration.
• Demonstrating and encouraging a data informed approach to deliver successful outcomes for customers.
• Documenting learnings, adopting a continuous improvement approach and transferring learnings to the wider organization.
• The development and prioritization of the product backlog.
• The ongoing revision and re-prioritization of the product backlog.
