We’re looking for a content expert to support the Help Center content team. This role is specifically focused on providing scaled help and support content for client’s enterprise product suite used by companies and work customers. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and editor with experience in digital content management, content strategy, project management, and data-informed decision making.
Must-Haves for the Role:
- Understanding of analytics – SCO
- Ability to interpret and analyse data and metrics
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and legal teams to create content for product launches
- Translate complex product and policy concepts into clear, jargon-free language that aligns with client’s voice
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring close attention to detail and adherence to tight and frequently changing deadlines
- Conduct hands-on research to gather technical content from subject matter experts and engineers, converting it into clear, concise, and structured documentation
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional writing experience, particularly in help and support content, editorial quality assurance, online operations at a tech company, or technical writing
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in project management with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in XML
- Ability to work independently and interpret, analyze, and evaluate information relevant to content techniques
