We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to optimise operational processes and drive the successful execution of key projects and initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing program strategies, managing priorities, allocating resources, and providing regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project and program management, particularly in operations or PMO, with experience working in the tech or consumer products sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement program plans, ensuring projects stay on track to meet strategic goals.
  • Identify and drive improvements in operational processes, aligning them with best practices and organisational objectives.
  • Oversee the allocation of resources within programs, balancing immediate needs with long-term business objectives.
  • Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and track their impact on program success.
  • Work closely with internal teams and key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and alignment of priorities.
  • Analyse program performance, track key metrics, and use insights to enhance efficiency and impact.
  • Deliver clear and effective communications to senior leadership and project teams to drive engagement and alignment.

About You:

  • Strong experience in project/program management, operations, or PMO.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes and experience in optimising workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organised with exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Analytical mindset, with experience in data analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Tech industry or consumer products experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Google Workspace, communication platforms, reporting tools).
