INFLUENCER MANAGER / TALENT MANAGER (German Speaking)
The Company

Responsibilities:
* Manage and nurture relationships with existing German influencers.
* Identify and recruit new German influencers aligned with the brand’s values and target audience.
* Negotiate contracts and manage payments for influencer collaborations.
* Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns for the German market.
* Adapt existing marketing strategies and communications for the German audience, ensuring a relatable and authentic tone of voice.
* Monitor German social media trends and identify emerging influencers.
* Provide recommendations for improving brand messaging and marketing materials for the German market.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including social media and marketing, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Qualifications:
* Must be fluent in German and English.
* 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on the German market.
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer marketing campaigns.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Deep understanding of German social media trends and influencers.
* Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Passionate about fitness and social media.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.
