We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Expert to join our client’s Global Media Team as part of the International Media Strategy team, based in London. The team is responsible for media strategy, planning, and execution of Marketing campaigns.
In this role, you will partner with Marketing, Decision Science, Insights, Creative, Policy & Communications teams, as well as agency teams, to plan and execute campaigns that deliver our brand narrative through effective and innovative media strategies and plans. You will build strong partnerships with stakeholders, translate goals into integrated, data-driven programmes, and drive flawless execution across multiple channels and partners.

Responsibilities:
- Develop measurable media plans grounded in objectives, audience insights, channel performance, and marketplace trends, delivering innovation and business outcomes
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to influence audience and media approaches, informing tactical planning, execution, and optimisation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Decision Science, Insights, and Creative, as well as external media agencies and Global Media teams, to develop fully integrated campaigns
- Analyse campaign performance against KPIs and develop key takeaways, recommendations, and strategies for campaign optimisation and reporting
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years’ experience in media planning, either within an agency or a client organisation
- Experience working across multiple international markets (EMEA and/or LATAM)
- Strong ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams and influence outcomes across stakeholders
- Experience in measurement, analytics, and extracting insights to develop compelling recommendations
- Expertise in planning and executing multi-channel media campaigns and working in data-driven environments
- Experience identifying opportunities for campaign optimisation and audience segmentation based on data insights and external research
- Strong knowledge of trends impacting media, measurement, and analytics
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing a media agency
- Experience working directly with a creative team to integrate creative strategy with media planning and channel selection
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Experience collaborating with data science and analytics teams to shape and integrate media strategies with measurement plans and learning agendas
