Our global tech client is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in AI, product management, and project management to drive marketing-related outcomes for key projects and products. The ideal candidate will proactively initiate and manage workstreams, ensuring the development of effective user engagement strategies, market analysis, and product positioning. This role requires a deep understanding of AI, industry trends, and competitor positioning to contribute to innovative marketing solutions.
This is a 7-month contract (until mid-November 2025), offering 54.81 EUR/hour. This is a hybrid role, requiring on-site work from Tuesday to Thursday.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans in collaboration with sales and marketing leadership.
- Guide user research, market analysis, and insights to provide data-driven recommendations for product development and marketing strategies.
- Define user journeys for prospective and active consumers, ensuring a cohesive lifecycle strategy.
- Identify opportunities to increase user engagement, adoption, and growth.
- Drive and manage marketing campaigns, including asset creation, communications, and performance evaluation.
Product & Project Management
- Oversee product marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with product managers to define go-to-market strategies and optimize product positioning.
- Manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining alignment with key stakeholders.
- Set clear objectives, measure success logically, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Provide structured planning and execution strategies for marketing initiatives.
Content & Brand Development
- Independently create and refine marketing content, ensuring alignment with the product strategy.
- Ensure all produced materials adhere to the company’s brand guidelines and maintain quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
Market & Consumer Insights
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor positioning to inform marketing strategies.
- Conduct research to generate user insights and apply findings to improve product marketing strategies.
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure marketing effectiveness.
Leadership & Influence
- Influence cross-functional teams to align resources, scale work, and drive strategic direction.
- Mentor junior team members and support their onboarding and development.
- Advocate for an inclusive and psychologically safe work environment, championing diversity and equitable practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of AI-driven marketing strategies and applications.
- Product Management: Experience working with product teams to define and execute marketing strategies.
- Project Management: Ability to plan, execute, and oversee complex marketing projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Consumer Behavior: Knowledge of digital and traditional consumer behaviors and their impact on sales and marketing strategies.
- Data Analysis & Synthesis: Ability to analyze information, generate insights, and make data-driven business decisions.
- Go-to-Market Strategies: Experience in launching products, identifying market opportunities, and optimizing positioning.
- Industry Knowledge: Awareness of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Storytelling & Communication: Ability to craft compelling narratives that drive audience engagement and alignment.
- Situational Leadership: Strong ability to interact confidently with senior leaders, address challenges, and navigate complex discussions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the tech industry, particularly in AI-driven marketing.
- Familiarity with performance marketing, paid media, and digital advertising.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and adapt to constant change.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
