Our client has an in-house sales methodology designed to drive the global sales process from pre- to post-sales in DX and DME. We are looking for a specialist to step in and manage the ongoing strategy, maintenance, and execution of this process across cross-functional teams and field sales teams.
Scope:
The individual will:
- Review the current pre- to post-sales methodology steps and address gaps in handovers, roles, responsibilities, and data between teams
- Drive updates to the methodology, including tools, messaging, and enablement
- Align with cross-functional organisations (Customer Success, Technical Sales, Professional Services, Partners) to ensure a seamless experience from pre- to post-sales
Deliverables:
- End-to-end sales process aligned with the methodology, covering pre- to post-sales
- Analysis and plan to streamline and reduce field requirements for driving a deal from Sales Stage 0 to Sales Stage 10
- A roles and responsibilities document outlining key requirements
- A change management timeline to support the adoption of updates
