Are you an accountant or bookkeeper who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Our accounting SaaS client is looking for a Service Delivery Manager / Customer Success Manager to help sales partners and customers succeed through expert onboarding, training, and strategic support.

This is a 12-month contract, offering £57,500 per annum, pro rata (PAYE).

What You’ll Do:

  • Support sales partners with onboarding, strategy execution, and customer training.
  • Act as the first point of contact to resolve complex customer queries with empathy and problem-solving expertise.
  • Conduct consultative conversations, identifying customer pain points and providing tailored solutions.
  • Utilize your accounting knowledge to assist both customers and internal teams.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong ability to create urgency and encourage customers to activate and maximize their subscriptions.
  • Proven experience managing relationships with external partners and internal sales teams.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
  • Eagerness to learn and stay updated on relevant software solutions.
  • Experience engaging customers via outbound calls and emails, with excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience delivering software-based onboarding or training.
  • A tenacious and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • A customer-first mindset—committed to understanding and resolving customer challenges.
  • A collaborative team player who excels at building relationships.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Background in accounting or bookkeeping (e.g., ACCA, ICB, CIPP).
  • Strong understanding of payroll, accounting, and accountancy firm workflows.
  • Proficiency with technology and software applications.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
