Are you passionate about building safer and more secure digital communication experiences? We are looking for a Product Manager to join our client’s team in London. This team plays a critical role in developing infrastructure and products that enhance user safety, ensure regulatory compliance, and scale integrity solutions across messaging platforms.

As a Product Manager, you will drive the development of key platform features that help protect users, improve safety tools, and streamline compliance with regulations such as the UK Online Safety Act (OSA) and the EU Digital Services Act (DSA). You will collaborate with engineering, cross-functional teams (XFN), and leadership to execute high-impact projects that shape the future of messaging safety.

Key responsibilities: 

 

  • Lead product development from ideation to execution and launch.
  • Build tools and processes to streamline product development and leadership reporting.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance by developing solutions that meet global integrity standards.
  • Manage high-risk harm initiatives and safety features.
  • Drive alignment and decision-making across cross-functional teams.

.Key Requirements:

  • Strong experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of shipping consumer-facing products at scale.
  • Strong execution skills – ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality outputs on time.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management – ability to collaborate across engineering, policy, legal, and product teams.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills to guide teams in a fast-paced environment.
