Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing the digital experience, securing successful outcomes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This is a 6-months fixed term salaried position contracted via Aquent on behalf of our client as a third party. There is the possibility for extension. 

Due to the contracting nature of this role, only candidates with unrestricted rights to work in The Netherlands will be considered. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support a Senior Product Owner with daily squad ritual ownership, including refinement, grooming, and sprint management.
• Collaborate directly with development teams on a day-to-day basis to ensure smooth execution and delivery of product features.
• Assist in securing successful deliveries of assigned features for a leading consumer-facing digital product.
• Ensure that the delivery of outcomes consistently meets established objectives and customer needs.
• Act as a dedicated user advocate, continuously engaging with users to gather insights and integrate their feedback into product development.
• Proactively organize work and define clear next steps, providing decisive direction for complex initiatives.
• Foster strong team collaboration, leverage synergies, and actively contribute to maintaining a healthy and high-performing team environment.
• Explore and implement new rituals or methods to enhance collaboration, particularly in complex team structures.
• Clearly present and explain the rationale behind product decisions to partners, stakeholders, and the development team.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Specialist.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading agile teams in a best-practice mobile application product development environment.
• Demonstrated user-obsessed mindset, consistently acting as a user advocate and engaging directly with users.
• Pragmatic approach to navigating organizational priorities, effectively organizing around stakeholder requirements in a large company setting.
• A “getting things done” nature, with a clear ability to organize work and define next steps when faced with ambiguity.
• Proven ability to bring teams together, leverage synergies, and foster a strong, healthy team dynamic.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, adept at multitasking, and skilled in prioritizing effectively.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of explaining complex rationales to diverse audiences..
• An insight-driven problem solver and product builder, passionate about driving outcomes and creating value that delights users.
