We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Business Analyst to join our clients dynamic team and make a significant impact on their core identity infrastructure. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between technical solutions and organizational needs, ensuring secure authentication and authorization across the evolving IT ecosystem. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing the security posture and operational efficiency, working closely with architects and product owners to drive strategic initiatives and continuously improve their services.

What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze the business impact of IT changes, developing and implementing comprehensive adoption plans.
  • Translate complex technical information into clear, concise communications tailored for diverse organizational levels.
  • Strategically plan and manage internal communications related to identity services and IT changes.
  • Champion automation and standardization initiatives to enhance efficiency and control.
  • Ensure seamless alignment between overarching business goals and technical identity solutions.
  • Provide critical support to the Product Owner and squad, managing and refining the product backlog.
  • Assist the team in addressing ‘in-control’ requirements, effectively translating business and regulatory needs into actionable tasks.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Fluency in English and Dutch
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Strong technical background in Active Directory and related identity services.
  • Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and comprehensive requirements gathering.
  • Ability to design, develop, and implement efficient workflows.
  • A proactive, positive, and results-driven attitude.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and uncover their true needs.
  • Strong analytical mindset and advanced problem-solving capabilities.
  • Innovative thinking, capable of identifying solutions beyond the obvious.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • A collaborative team player with a customer-focused mindset.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience within the financial services sector.
  • Prior experience working in large-scale organizations.
  • Experience collaborating with development teams as key stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices in identity governance.
  • Previous experience in pioneering or innovative roles.
  • Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or scaled agile methodologies.
