As a Process Excellence & Governance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational landscape, driving efficiency, and ensuring compliance across the business. This role is designed for a dynamic individual who thrives on optimizing operations and ensuring seamless execution. You will be instrumental in enabling the business to run in efficient, effective, and compliant ways, acting as a subject matter expert and a catalyst for change. Your contributions will directly enhance operational excellence and support the organization’s strategic objectives.
What You’ll Do:
- Guide internal operational teams on system and/or process issue resolution, collaborating closely with technology and other cross-functional partners to find effective solutions.
- Ensure that all knowledge documentation for core operational processes remains current, comprehensive, and readily accessible to relevant teams.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for key operational processes, actively collaborating with capability development teams to transition new solutions and enhancements seamlessly into practice.
- Proactively expand knowledge and best practices among stakeholders, fostering a culture of standardization across various operational functions.
- Take ownership of updating and governing critical policies, ensuring rigorous adherence to compliance standards.
- Execute defined centralized activities with precision and efficiency.
- Champion the standardization and automation of both existing and new processes and tools, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What You’ll Bring:
- Directly relevant work experience in process excellence, governance, or supply chain operations.
- A deep and comprehensive understanding of business operations and processes.
- Proven expertise in Supply Chain Operations, including Planning and Supply & Inventory Management.
- Experience with Scenario Planning methodologies.
- Exceptional ability to collaborate effectively with diverse cross-functional stakeholders and a background working in cross-functional environments.
- Strong communication skills, capable of guiding teams, clarifying complex information, and fostering knowledge sharing.
- A natural ability to instil trust, embrace and lead change, value diverse perspectives, and foster effective teamwork.
- Demonstrated commitment to ensuring accountability and driving clarity in all initiatives.
