We are seeking a driven and independent individual passionate about combining data, strategy, and relationship building to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As an acquisition expert, you will be the company’s market representative, playing a key role in expanding the network of service providers across diverse markets. You’ll work both strategically and operationally, turning insights into action and driving business opportunities from initial contact to successful onboarding. This pivotal role combines sales, strategy, market analysis, and stakeholder management, offering a unique opportunity to elevate your career.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Analyze market data and trends to identify prime growth opportunities.
* Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies for various regions.
* Build trust and cultivate long-term relationships with service providers and partners.
* Conduct proactive market visits and outbound campaigns to generate new service provider acquisitions.
* Ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding process for new service providers.
* Collect and report critical market insights to continuously optimize strategies and drive business results.

**What You Bring**

* Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
* A sales-oriented and results-focused mindset.
* Strong analytical and strategic capabilities, with confidence in making data-driven decisions.
* Highly organized and structured, adept at managing multiple parallel processes effectively.
* Independent and proactive, with a natural ability to take initiative and find innovative solutions.
* Exceptional communication skills and a talent for building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
* Proven experience in sales, customer contact, business development, or data analysis.

**Bonus Points**

* Previous experience in a similar sales or B2B role.
* Possession of a B driving license and access to a car.
* Proficiency with systems such as Excel, Salesforce, SQL, or various AI tools.
