In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of cloud innovation, playing a critical part in maintaining the stability and performance of our infrastructure. You’ll be the primary point of contact for various stakeholders, ensuring swift resolution of technical challenges and contributing to the continuous improvement of our systems. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide direct technical support to on-site teams, ensuring smooth operations.
* Manage and resolve technical support tickets efficiently and effectively.
* Perform crucial break-fix maintenance and advanced troubleshooting on hardware and software.
* Execute comprehensive hardware and software diagnostics to identify and resolve issues.
* Handle system host-related issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
* Serve as a primary point of contact for both internal customers (e.g., Network Engineers, Systems Engineers, Software Developers) and external partners (e.g., Hardware Vendors, Contractors, Service Providers).
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* Fluency in English.
* Extensive server hardware troubleshooting experience, including server booting processes (POST, BIOS, PXE, Kickstart, GRUB/LILO, RAID).
* Strong understanding and experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, Ethernet, L2/L3 technologies).
* Proficiency with network hardware, including copper/fiber cabling, switches, and routers.
