This is a short term contract, until end of July 2026 (could potentially be extended), offering up to £212.66 per day, 37.5hrs/week (PAYE). This role is open for a limited time. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Design and build interactive and intuitive dashboards to report on retention and revenue-generating activities.
* Develop and maintain robust and scalable ETL processes to support dashboard creation and data integration.
* Utilize SQL to query databases, perform data manipulation, and automate analysis processes.
* Support experimentation efforts by analyzing and reporting on A/B testing results.
* Provide historical data for key metrics to establish baseline performance and experiment targets.
* Collaborate closely with business teams to understand reporting needs and refine dashboard functionalities.
* Present findings and insights to business stakeholders and executives in a clear and concise manner.
* Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through best practices in data governance and quality control.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any data-related issues promptly.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

* High proficiency in SQL.
* Proven experience in building dashboards using leading visualization tools.
* Familiarity with ETL tools and processes.
* Experience with A/B testing methodologies and analysis.
* Experience working with call center data, including understanding of metrics and KPIs relevant to call center operations.
* Experience working with web data and understanding of digital support tools and KPIs.
* A track record of delivering easy-to-use dashboards for business stakeholders and executives.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication skills for presenting analysis and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
* Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
* Business or STEM degree, or comparable work experience.

**Nice-to-Have Skills:**

* Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
* Experience with Tableau, Python and ClickSense
