Aquent accompagne un grand groupe international dans la transformation de ses expériences internes, avec un enjeu fort autour de l’optimisation des workflows et des interactions collaborateur·rice·s.

Dans le cadre de programmes structurants, nous recherchons un profil hybride stratégie / research freelance, au cœur des enjeux d’expérience et de transformation.

Compte tenu de la dimension internationale de la mission et de la nécessité de collaborer quotidiennement avec des parties prenantes globales, cette offre est rédigée en anglais.

1. Vision & framing

  • Structure a clear experience vision (North Star)
  • Identify opportunities for simplification and optimization
  • Ensure solution relevance through research
  • Align product, business, and design teams
  • Translate this vision into an actionable roadmap (MVP → rollout)

2. Complex system analysis

  • Map enterprise digital ecosystems
  • Understand existing workflows (tools, processes, pain points)
  • Identify high-value improvement opportunities

3. Research & validation

  • Lead discovery phases (user interviews, field observation)
  • Synthesize actionable insights
  • Test concepts and prototypes with users
  • Contribute to post-launch evaluation (usage, adoption, experience quality)

4. Co-creation & collaboration

  • Work closely with Product Owners and business teams
  • Facilitate co-creation workshops
  • Align international stakeholders

5. Autonomy & orchestration

  • Manage multiple projects in parallel, with strong prioritization capabilities
  • Drive projects autonomously, from framing to execution
  • Bring structure to complex or ambiguous environments

You are able to structure, prioritize, and drive initiatives autonomously, while bringing teams along

Your profile:

  • You have 5 to 8 years of experience in CX, Service Design, or UX Strategy
  • You have led projects end-to-end, from early discovery through to launch
  • You have strong expertise in user research across the full product lifecycle, and can translate insights into actionable decisions
  • You are comfortable working in large organizations or complex environments, involving multiple tools, systems, and stakeholders
  • You are confident in facilitating workshops, leading discussions, and engaging with international stakeholders in English

  • Location: Paris, with a hybrid setup (3 days/week onsite)
  • Contract: Freelance 
  • Start date: May
  • Duration: Initial 3-month assignment, with potential for extension
  • Environment: International and cross-functional
