Aquent is seeking an exceptional professional to join a leading global sports brand at the forefront of digital innovation. As an integral part of their team, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the visibility and success of a prominent application within the brand’s ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity to directly influence user acquisition and engagement, making a tangible impact on their digital presence and growth.

We are looking for a talented and driven individual to step into a crucial entry-level role that sits at the intersection of strategic execution, collaborative stakeholder management, and meticulous performance tracking. You will be instrumental in optimizing our application’s presence, ensuring it reaches and resonates with a wider audience. This position offers the chance to work closely with both external experts and internal creative and product teams, driving the success of our digital initiatives.

This is a fixed term salaried position contracted via Aquent on behalf of our client as a third party. Initial contract duration is 6 months with the possibility for extension until EOY. The role offers c.€55K / annum, pro rata  – 40 hrs/week. 

Due to the contracting nature of this role, only candidates with unrestricted rights to work in The Netherlands will be considered. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for our external optimization agency, overseeing the successful implementation of strategies, including metadata updates and A/B testing initiatives.
  • Guarantee all optimization efforts align seamlessly with our brand guidelines and overarching application and business objectives.
  • Orchestrate and brief internal creative and digital activation teams on asset requirements, such as visual elements, informed by testing insights.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of in-application promotional activities.
  • Diligently monitor and report on performance metrics, focusing on visibility, conversion rates, and new user installations.

Qualifications:

  • A strong understanding of the broader application landscape, within a commercial, consumer-face (B2C) environment.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a proven ability to coordinate complex initiatives and drive results.
  • Superior stakeholder coordination abilities, fostering effective collaboration across diverse internal and external teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in application optimization (ASO) or user acquisition, with a clear understanding of ASO principles.
  • Knowledge of paid advertising strategies for applications.
