We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team, focusing on delivering exceptional solutions and managing critical projects. In this role, you will serve as a vital advocate and consultant, leveraging your comprehensive knowledge to bridge commercial business models with cutting-edge technical solutions throughout the user and partner lifecycle. You will build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring project goals are met with excellence and innovation. This is an opportunity to be a key contributor, driving repeatable solution development, pre- and post-sales consulting, and overall solution strategy. **What you’ll do:**
* Identify emerging trends in solution issues across users and partners, collaborating with engineering and other internal teams to proactively mitigate future risks. You will contribute to developing new initiatives and practices that enhance solution delivery, optimize workflows, and drive innovation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define new business opportunities, identify product gaps, and shape long-term solution strategies, influencing the direction and prioritization of technical features and solutions.
* Develop and update essential solution content, including best practice recommendations, tutorials, and articles, ensuring robust documentation of repeatable solutions. You will contribute to establishing strategic frameworks and manage the reprioritization and alignment of tasks.
* Oversee comprehensive project planning, including status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and meticulous project documentation. You will effectively manage project execution and lead working groups.
* Engage with manager-level stakeholders to co-create optimal solutions for complex, undefined problems, securing their buy-in on proposed strategies. You will also coach internal and external teams on new solutions, systems, and the broader industry landscape, while managing stakeholder escalations.
* Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders across user, partner, client, and internal organizations to deliver and manage high-quality solutions and services. You will advise on best practices for optimizing technology use to support business processes and proactively identify new opportunities through ongoing consultation.
* Execute and sustain solutions based on previously defined, developed, and approved user and partner business objectives and technical requirements.
* Generate valuable partner insights and participate in business reviews to formulate effective partner strategies. You will provide proactive consultation to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the execution of strategies for technology adoption.
* Assess and identify gaps and issues in current products based on user feedback and metrics analysis, quantifying the impact of solutions versus the consequences of inaction. Communicate these product gaps and issues to relevant internal teams, contributing to their resolution by developing, validating, and documenting new features or solutions.
* Leverage, customize, or develop technical and non-technical solutions for undefined user and partner business objectives, ensuring compliance with legal standards. You will contribute to discussions with internal teams and stakeholders to define solution constraints and scope, articulate the value of solutions through design sessions, and contribute to architecture design and feature requests for solution development.
