This innovative organization is at the forefront of digital transformation, dedicated to building platforms that are not only groundbreaking but also secure and compliant. Join a team that values impact, innovation, and operational excellence, contributing to a mission that touches millions of lives worldwide.

Are you a visionary leader with a passion for operational excellence and a keen eye for regulatory compliance? We are seeking a dynamic individual to step into a critical, high-visibility role where you will be the central architect of our payments compliance operations across a vast global landscape. This isn’t just a management position; it’s an opportunity to spearhead the design, build, and scaling of end-to-end programs that safeguard our platform and users. You will navigate complex regulatory environments, influence senior leadership, and drive strategic decisions with global impact. If you thrive on solving intricate problems, taking absolute ownership, and building impactful programs from the ground up, this is your chance to make a significant mark on a rapidly evolving global enterprise.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design, build, and scale comprehensive operational programs for payments compliance, including Know Your Customer/Business (KYC/B), Screening, and Transaction Monitoring, ensuring global consistency and best practices across diverse markets.
  • Deeply analyze operational metrics and compliance data to proactively identify risks, pinpoint inefficiencies, and translate complex findings into clear, compelling narratives and strategic recommendations for executive leadership.
  • Conduct forensic analysis of compliance workflows, perform root cause analysis on failures, and implement robust, hands-on improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of operations.
  • Serve as the primary operational interface, building consensus and managing dependencies between various internal teams, including those responsible for regulatory adherence, technology development, shared services, and regional operations. Ensure unwavering alignment on priorities and roadmaps with senior leaders.
  • Champion ingenious and creative solutions to complex operational and regulatory challenges, protecting the business and its users while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Thrive and lead in a geographically distributed, culturally diverse, and cross-functional environment, fostering strong partnerships to achieve common goals.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Progressive experience in program or project management, with a substantial focus on operations within the Payments, FinTech, Risk, or Compliance sectors.
  • An entrepreneurial and self-starting mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, demonstrating absolute ownership, and possessing a proven track record of building impactful programs from the ground up in fast-paced environments.
  • Mastery in stakeholder management, with demonstrated experience influencing VP and Director-level leaders, adept at driving consensus and delivering results within highly matrixed, cross-functional organizations.
  • Hands-on and detail-oriented approach, driven by natural curiosity to understand the “why” behind data, unafraid to delve into complex workflows and solve problems at their source.
  • Highly data-driven and analytical, with a strong ability to leverage data to identify issues, ask the right questions, and frame practical solutions, capable of explaining complex data in a digestible and compelling manner.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to craft and present clear, data-backed narratives tailored to diverse audiences, from operational agents to senior executives.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex, cross-functional projects simultaneously, consistently delivering high-quality work on schedule.
  • Exceptional storytelling ability, capable of weaving data and operational insights into compelling narratives that drive strategic decisions and illustrate business impact.
  • An ingenious and creative problem-solver, with a genuine passion for tackling complex operational and regulatory challenges to protect the business and its users.
  • Proven experience thriving in a geographically distributed, culturally diverse, and cross-functional environment.
