We are looking for a Tech Lead to oversee 5 to 7 end-to-end teams (30–50 people). This isn’t just about managing code; it’s about fostering a culture where innovation meets the rigorous stability of a global financial institution.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Vanguard: Empower and mentor 5–7 cross-functional teams to take full ownership—from the first spark of an idea to production deployment.
• Master the Tech Stack: Drive the delivery of reliable, scalable, and secure Data Science and GenAI solutions. Experience in MLOps will be your superpower here.
• Balance Innovation with Rigour: Navigate the complexities of a regulated banking environment, collaborating with architecture and compliance to ensure our “fun to create” products are also “safe to use.”
• Build the Future: Play a pivotal role in recruiting, mentoring, and retaining top-tier tech talent to grow a mature, high-performing Data Analytics department.

Who You Are

• A Proven Leader: You have 5+ years of experience leading complex IT environments and a track record of empowering high-performing teams.
• GenAI & Analytics Native: You have a deep affinity for end-to-end product delivery and hands-on experience with Generative AI capabilities.
• Agile Advocate: You live and breathe Scrum, DevOps, and software craftsmanship principles.
• Strategically Minded: You are comfortable maintaining control over budgets, risk, and HR while keeping your eye on technology trends.
• Bilingual Communicator: You are fluent in both Dutch and English—essential for navigating global operations with local roots.
