Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist / Campaign Manager

We are seeking an analytical, methodical, and execution-focused Digital Marketing Specialist to own the end-to-end delivery of our multi-channel consumer campaigns. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative vision and operational excellence. You will own the campaign “run of show,” managing the production pipeline from initial creative briefing all the way through to launch.

This is a mid-level individual contributor role embedded within a matrixed organization. You will collaborate daily with cross-functional partners including designers, copywriters, media specialists, and content operations, while using platform data to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance. A passion for sports, youth culture, and lifestyle brands is highly preferred.

This is a 6-months fixed term salaried position contracted via Aquent on behalf of our client as a third party. The role offers c. €48K /annum (pro rata) – 40 hrs/week.

Due to the contracting nature of this role, only candidates with unrestricted rights to work in The Netherlands will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Ownership: Independently manage the end-to-end execution and run-of-show for seasonal digital marketing campaigns across multiple digital touchpoints (web, app, email, and social).
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the central hub connecting marketing leads with creative asset production teams (designers, copywriters, and content operations) to ensure all deliverables stay on track and align with the brand narrative.
  • Data & Analytics: Monitor, manipulate, and analyze campaign performance metrics using enterprise analytics platforms to uncover actionable consumer insights and optimize digital journeys.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Represent the voice of the consumer in cross-functional planning meetings, navigating organizational ambiguity to bring clarity to project execution timelines.
  • Tool Management: Keep all project plans, campaign asset pipelines, and performance dashboards meticulously organized using internal tracking systems.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Experience: Min. 3 years of relevant digital marketing, brand, media, or retail marketing experience operating as an individual contributor.
  • Campaign Delivery: Proven track record of independently bringing digital consumer journeys to life and driving project workflows from briefing to go-live.
  • Data Literacy: Comfortable extracting data, analyzing full-funnel performance metrics, and translating numbers into clear marketing insights.
  • Tooling: Familiarity with modern collaboration, project tracking, or analytics tools such as Airtable, Figma, Keynote, Adobe Analytics, or Google Analytics (or equivalent enterprise platforms).
  • Execution Focus: Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to balance creative output with operational execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A strong affinity for or deep understanding of sports culture, lifestyle trends, and youth audiences.
  • Experience navigating complex, matrixed corporate environments, within retail / sports / lifestyle.
