We’re seeking an exceptional individual to step into a pivotal role where you’ll not only shape product marketing strategy but also drive the entire lifecycle of innovative features and services.
**What you’ll do:**
* **Go-to-Market Orchestration:** Lead the development of comprehensive marketing plans, prioritize goals, and define precise positioning strategies to effectively engage target audiences for new and existing offerings.
* **Content Strategy & Metrics:** Drive the creation and rollout of product marketing content frameworks across various channels, while defining, collecting, and tracking key quantitative and qualitative metrics to measure success and inform future ventures.
* **User-Centric Advocacy:** Develop profound user insights, ensuring the user voice is integrated into product development and marketing strategies. Advocate for an optimal in-product user experience, providing feedback and driving improvements to enhance engagement.
* **Brand & Messaging Architect:** Shape product brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging strategies, adapting communication nuances for different channels and narratives to ensure consistent and impactful storytelling.
* **Content Creation & Collaboration:** Independently craft compelling marketing content, ensuring alignment with product strategy. Lead iteration efforts with cross-functional teams on design and content standards, collaborating with production to publish final marketing assets.
* **Campaign & Program Management:** Drive and manage medium- to large-scale marketing campaigns, assets, communications, and programs, aligning efforts with user needs and team objectives and key results (OKRs).
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* Proven experience driving product marketing strategy and informing stakeholders on market opportunities.
* Extensive experience developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns across various channels to drive education, engagement, and product adoption.
* Strong analytical skills to understand detailed insights and big picture implications, solving complex problems.
* Proficiency in developing and executing go-to-market plans and messaging for new products and features.
* Ability to independently create high-quality marketing content and collaborate with cross-functional teams on iteration and publication.
* Proven track record of managing medium- to large-scale campaigns, assets, communications, and programs to achieve OKRs.
* English Fluent
