We are seeking a highly dynamic and motivated individual to step into a pivotal role within our client’s Launch and Expansion team. In this position, you will be at the forefront of critical infrastructure projects and network strategy initiatives, directly influencing operational efficiency, elevating customer satisfaction, and fostering sustainable growth across the region. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of delivery operations and making a tangible impact on millions of customers.

This role involves leading complex, cross-functional programs with a hands-on approach, demonstrating strong ownership and project management skills. You will continuously think big, looking beyond your direct scope to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead and manage a portfolio of maintenance and infrastructure projects across an assigned region, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
* Plan and oversee upgrades to existing sites, including office spaces, optimization of the shop floor, and building infrastructure to facilitate Last Mile delivery fleet operations.
* Collaborate with operations teams to set and raise performance standards at the site level.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, real estate, design and construction, and engineering, to ensure project success.
* Develop comprehensive business cases and strategy documents with a goal to seek senior leadership approval, including director-level executives.
* Partner with Engineering, Finance, Design and Construction, and other stakeholders to optimize the existing network of logistics nodes in the region, facilitating organizational growth plans.
* Drive cross-functional Supply Chain, Transportation, Engineering & Infrastructure initiatives.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps).
* Proficiency in SQL.
* Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
* Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
* Demonstrated experience in program or project management.
* Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
* Experience defining and executing program requirements.
* Bachelor’s degree.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience in driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
* Experience leading process improvements.
* Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
* Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
* Master’s degree.
