### Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of maintenance and infrastructure projects across assigned operational areas, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and exceptional quality standards.
* Plan and oversee essential upgrades to existing sites, including office spaces, optimization of operational areas, and building infrastructure to support advanced delivery fleet operations.
* Collaborate closely with operations teams to establish and elevate performance benchmarks at the site level.
* Coordinate seamlessly with various cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, real estate, design, construction, and engineering, to guarantee comprehensive project success.
* Develop compelling business cases and strategic documents, securing crucial approvals from senior leadership, including executive-level stakeholders.

### Must-Have Qualifications

* Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLookUps, and strong SQL skills.
* Demonstrated experience working effectively across both technical and non-technical teams.
* Proven ability to define program requirements and leverage data and metrics for continuous improvement.
* Extensive experience in program or project management.
* Track record of implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization initiatives.
* Experience defining and executing program requirements from conception to completion.
* Bachelor’s degree.

### Nice-to-Have Qualifications

* Experience in driving end-to-end project delivery and effectively communicating results to senior leadership.
* Proven experience in leading process improvement initiatives.
* Strong experience in stakeholder management, adept at navigating relationships with multiple stakeholders at various organizational levels.
* Experience in building robust processes, managing complex projects, and developing detailed schedules.
* Master’s degree.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is 69500.

Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
